Question 1

Find the pressure at a section of a horizontal pipe where the speed of an incompressible fluid of density kg/m³ is 3.00 m/s, if the pressure of the fluid is 64.0 kPa at a section where the fluid speed is 2.00 m/s.

Accepted Answer

61.6 kPa

Question 2

When a certain incompressible fluid flows in a horizontal pipe, fluid pressure is 80.0 kPa at a section where speed is 4.00 m/s and 83.0 kPa where speed is 3.00 m/s. Calculate the density of the fluid.

Accepted Answer

857 kg/m³

Question 3

Find the pressure at a section of a horizontal pipe where the speed of an incompressible fluid of density kg/m³ is 2.00 m/s, if the pressure of the fluid is 72.0 kPa at a section where the fluid speed is 3.00 m/s.

Accepted Answer

74.1 kPa
